You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to submit Your Content and that Your Content does not violate any applicable law or infringe the rights of any third party.

6. Generated Content

The Service may generate transcripts, summaries, and articles based on Your Content ("Generated Content"). Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of any applicable fees, VidToArticle assigns to you any rights it may have in the Generated Content, excluding our underlying models, algorithms, and platform.

You are responsible for reviewing any Generated Content before using or publishing it. We do not guarantee that Generated Content will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.

7. Intellectual Property

VidToArticle and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in and to the Service, including all software, models, designs, trademarks, and other intellectual property. These Terms do not grant you any ownership interest in the Service.

8. Subscriptions, Fees, and Payment

If you purchase a paid subscription, you agree to pay all applicable fees associated with your chosen plan. Fees are typically billed in advance on a recurring basis and are non-refundable except as required by law or explicitly stated otherwise.

We may update our pricing from time to time. Any changes will apply to subsequent billing periods and we will provide notice of material changes where required.

9. Usage Limits and Fair Use

Each subscription plan may include specific usage limits, such as the number of articles per month, available writing styles, or API call quotas. We may restrict or suspend access to the Service if you materially exceed these limits or engage in abusive or excessive use.

10. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with third-party products or services, such as WordPress or video hosting platforms. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services. Your use of any third-party service is subject to that provider's terms and policies.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, VidToArticle disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that Generated Content will be accurate or fit for your specific use case.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VidToArticle will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

To the extent that any liability cannot be excluded, VidToArticle's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service will be limited to the amounts you paid to VidToArticle for access to the Service during the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VidToArticle and its affiliates, officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to Your Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.

14. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms or are using the Service in a way that could cause harm to us, other users, or third parties.

15. Changes to the Service and Terms

We may modify the Service or these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will provide notice by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, through the Service or by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
